- product description
According to the current national standards such as GB17820-2012 "Natural Gas" and GB18047-2000 "Compressed Natural Gas for Vehicles", the natural gas produced from gas fields or oil fields, after pre-treatment, has a total of five technical indicators for commercial natural gas transported through pipelines, namely high calorific value, total sulfur, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and water dew point. The high calorific value is analyzed by gas chromatography.
GC-9560-HQNatural gas analysis dedicated chromatographEquipped with thermal conductivity and hydrogen flame detectors, using a ten way valve blowback process, a single injection can complete the analysis of hydrocarbon components such as C1~C6 and C6+, as well as inorganic gases such as He, H2, O2, N2, CO2, etc. in natural gas as specified in GB/T13610-2003; Based on the content of each component obtained, then calculate the high calorific value of natural gas according to GB/T 11062-1998 "Method for calculating calorific value, density, average density, and Wopo index of natural gas":

Under the pressure and temperature conditions at the natural gas transfer point, the water dew point of natural gas should be higher thanThe minimumThe ambient temperature is 5 ℃ lower |

Note: 1. The standard reference conditions for gas volume in this standard are 101.325kPa and 20 ℃ 2. The natural gas transmission pipeline established before the implementation of this standard should have no free water in the natural gas under pressure and temperature conditions at the natural gas transfer point. No free water refers to natural gas that cannot be separated from free water by mechanical separation equipment |
